Important Information Regarding Your TV Service

We appreciate you as a customer and wanted to let you know that we are retiring our current cable TV system and have upgraded to Rainier Connect Stream TV. The cable TV system you are currently on is outdated and is scheduled to be retired on 06/20/2023. This retired cable system will no longer work after this date. To avoid any service interruption, please contact us prior to this date to transition to our new Stream TV.

The Switch is Simple

Rainier Connect Stream TV is now provided over your Rainier Connect internet connection. Since our current cable TV system is being retired, the equipment you have at this time will no longer work and you will need to lease a set-top box to use our Stream TV service.

Set-top box devices are $14.99/mo. and $9.99/mo. for each additional device. We would be happy to schedule a complimentary installation to help familiarize you with this device and show you how to use our new Stream TV service.

LIVE & LOCAL: Stream TV includes Video On Demand and live local and national channels available in your subscription.

CATCH UP TV: Restart programs that have aired in the last 48 hours without setting a recording. Running behind for the big game, simply restart and never miss a moment. *

FREE NETWORK DVR: Included with all subscriptions and gives you the ability to record 50 hours of programming. Once you have recorded a program, you can watch it on the devices of your choosing with the Rainier Connect Stream TV app and an Internet connection. Love TV and want to record more of your favorite shows? You can upgrade and get additional DVR hours. **

STREAM ON MULTIPLE DEVICES: Your subscription includes 3 streaming shows at the same time. More streams can be added to your subscription (up to 10).

Product details, channel lineups, pricing and availability are subject to change. *Catch up TV is enabled/disabled on an individual show and/or network basis. Not all network shows allow this feature.  **Network DVR recordings can be viewed outside the home on an individual show and/or network basis if content agreement allows for this option.
